Joining Baker's Church Safety and Security Team means becoming part of a group dedicated to protecting the well-being of the congregation and ensuring a safe environment for worship and fellowship. The purpose of the team is to prepare for and respond to emergencies, deter potential threats, and assist with medical or safety-related incidents. Team members help maintain a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere while being vigilant and ready to act if needed, supporting the church’s mission with compassion, discretion, and professionalism
*The Safety and Security Team meets regularly to discuss these issues and undergo any necessary training to prepare for and address threats and concerns.
